About Us
Our Story
The Wicker Park Psychotherapists Collective was founded by Cynthia Bassuk LCPC, Laura Foster LCPC, and Kara Dover, Owner of RMS Billing Services, who shared a vision of making private practice feel less isolating, more accessible, sustainable, and fun.
After 14 years of running successful group practices, they recognized the need for a community where independent therapists could grow their careers without sacrificing work-life balance or support.
Together, they created a membership-based collective where psychotherapists have the freedom of running their own practice while still benefiting from the community, resources, consultation, and camaraderie of a supportive, professional network.
Our Mission
