Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in the corporate world for twenty years. I specialize in work/life balance, stress management, relationship issues and perimenopause. I personalize therapy to your needs and use Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches.
Sometimes what we need most is a place where we can just be ourselves, un-edited and able to talk through our thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. I believe healing begins with kindness and compassion for ourselves. When we work together, we will focus on connecting with what is most meaningful to you.
