Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Certified Financial Therapist ™
Support for parents navigating money stress, mental health, and relationships from a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Financial Therapist™.
I help parents, couples, and individuals navigate the connection between money, mental health, and relationships. Financial pressure can impact far more than a budget – it can affect communication, parenting, confidence, emotional well-being, and our overall sense of security. Financial therapy is not only for people in financial crisis. Many of the clients I work with are responsible, hardworking, and outwardly successful, yet still feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected, or uncertain in their relationship with money.
I have a particular focus on supporting:
· Parents and growing families
· Couples experiencing conflict around money
· Financial anxiety and overwhelm
· Avoidance, shame, or procrastination around finances
· Life transitions and caregiving stress
I provide psychotherapy that integrates financial therapy principles to address the emotional and relational impact of money. Our work may include understanding emotional patters and family experiences around money while also building practical tools that support greater organization, communication, confidence, and day-to-day financial functioning.
Rather than focusing on financial planning or investment advice, therapy centers on emotional well-being, healthier coping patters, and creating a more secure relationship with money and with one another.
My approach is collaborative, grounded, and supportive. Clients often describe me as approachable, thoughtful, and practical. As a father of twins and triplets, I understand firsthand how quickly financial pressure and family responsibilities can collide, and I strive to create a space where people feel understood without judgement or shame.
