My areas of focus:

• Individual Therapy: I support clients facing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and creative or professional blocks. Using "Parts Work" models such as IFS and DNMS, I help clients address attachment wounds and heal the effects of childhood trauma.

• Couples & Relationship Counseling: I work with couples in traditional and non-traditional relationships to resolve conflict, strengthen communication, and deepen connection. My work draws on evidence-based models, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method.

• Sex Therapy: I offer affirming care across sexual identities, orientations, and relationship structures. I help with concerns such as low or mismatched desire and difficulties with intimacy or sexual functioning.

My perspective comes from my own life as an artist, parent, small business owner, and community member. I feel a special pull toward working with creative people who want to reconnect with their artistic voice.
